Delete Your Account

This page is for members of OnlyCEO, the private network for verified chief executives, published by Atlas Lejon AB. It explains how to request that your account and its associated data be deleted, exactly what is deleted, and the few records the law requires us to keep. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
- Write an email from the address registered to your OnlyCEO account. The sending address is how we know the request is yours. If you have lost access to that address, say so in the email and we will verify your identity another way before acting.
- Send it to privacy@onlyceo.app with the subject line “Delete my account”. No reason or explanation is required.
- We confirm and delete. We acknowledge your request, complete the deletion within 30 days, and send you a final confirmation when it is done.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete or irreversibly anonymize:
- Your account and profile: name, email, phone number, company details, photographs, and settings.
- Your private communications: Messages and your discussions in Rooms.
- Your contributions in shared spaces (Signals, Threads, Ideas and Questions, comments): removed or anonymized so they can no longer be connected to you.
- Your identity verification outcome held by us. Verification session data held by Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own retention terms.
- Your Butler requests and saved items.
What is kept, and for how long
A small set of records survives deletion because the law requires it, or because safety does. Nothing else is retained.

Content already removed from view is also purged from backups on the normal backup rotation. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
